It's more than just protein…
Much more.
Protein has become one of the ultimate fitness buzzwords from the past few years. But there’s lots of misconceptions about it when it comes to building muscle. Some people think that just taking protein will give them muscles, but it's not as simple as that.
That’s why we created The Strong Protein; to provide you with a product enhanced with added ingredients to build strength, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle development. Using a smart combination of research-backed ingredients, The Strong Protein puts your muscle and strength goals front and centre. Not into artificial tasting protein powders? Neither are we. This one tastes like a dream. It's a smarter way to get you where you want to be.
When will I start to see results?
This will depend on your diet and exercise regime. You should be able to start feeling results in a couple of weeks, provided you keep to a consistent exercise routine and a healthy diet.
How often should I take it?
At Innermost we believe in a food-first approach. For that reason, we recommend taking The Strong Protein as part of a balanced diet ideally post-workout or during your day as a healthy snack to meet your protein needs. You should always aim to meet most of your nutrient needs through the food you eat but having a high-quality protein powder like The Strong Protein, which contains additional ingredients to support your goals can be an efficient way to help fill gaps in your diet.
Does it have a complete amino acid profile?
Yes! The Strong Protein provides a complete amino acid profile per serving as follows: Leucine (3.0g), Isoleucine (2.0g), Valine (1.9g), Alanine (1.6g), Arginine (0.7g), Aspartic Acid (3.5g), Cystine (0.7g), Glutamine (5.6g), Glycine (0.4g), Histidine (0.5g), Lysine (2.9g), Methionine (0.7g), Phenylalanine (0.9g), Proline (1.7g), Serine (1.5g), Threonine (2.1g), Tryptophan (0.4g), Tyrosine (0.8g).
Can I take creatine with The Strong Protein?

Why it's special
Protein
Protein is a macronutrient that’s necessary for healthy muscles, skin, nails and bones. Whey protein concentrate and isolate are loaded with the essential amino acids that your body needs to build muscle mass efficiently. Casein, a slower-digesting protein, is another great source to boost muscle growth and aid recovery.
Bioactives
Montmorency cherries and bilberries are both active ingredients that are high in antioxidants, with anti-aging and anti-inflammatory properties. With these nutritional qualities, the bioactives found in The Strong Protein can ease the body’s recovery process while promoting better cardiovascular health. They belong to a class of ingredients with wide-reaching health benefits.
Functional Ingredients
Magnesium and creatine monohydrate are effective ingredients with properties that help your body maximise physical performance and recover efficiently. Magnesium is necessary for energy creation, protein formation and muscle movements, while creatine monohydrate increases strength, power and muscle endurance.

When should I use the product?
Our protein blends are the perfect choice for a post-workout recovery drink or anytime during the day as a healthy snack to meet your protein needs! They can be used to make a quick nutritious shake or smoothie any time of the day, or mixed into your morning porridge or oatmeal to top up your daily protein intake. This protein blend is also versatile enough to bake into high-protein snacks, and can be consumed daily or as desired.
How long will the product last?
This depends on how often you use the product. Typically a pouch of our protein blends will last around a month. If you're using it every day and also adding it to porridge and smoothies, you may run out sooner. We have a subscription option, which saves you money and ensures you'll never run out.
What does it taste like?
All our protein blends come in creamy vanilla, smooth chocolate or summer strawberry flavours. We spent months perfecting the flavour systems to create our own completely custom flavours that you won't get anywhere else. The flavours are characterised by complex layers of vanilla, cocoa and strawberry, with subtle notes of caramel and biscuit. We only use natural flavours and you can adjust the sweetness down or up by using more or less liquid.
What sort of testing do you do?
We go over and above to ensure you get the best quality and safest products possible. We only use ingredients that have a visible supply chain, and our manufacturing facilities are approved to the highest regulatory standards. Once we receive ingredients, we batch test every single one before it gets approval to go into the manufacturing process. That isn’t technically an official requirement but it’s something that we think should be.
