Becs has a BSc degree in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders from University College London, and she is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr). Over five daily emails, we’ll discuss the background and fundamentals of veganism, the positive effect it has on us and the world around us, and how to incorporate it into daily life.
